Product Overview

Bring the theatrical elegance, musical intimacy, and psychological depth of 17th-century Italian art into your home with this 100% hand-painted oil reproduction from our Dafen Oil Painting Studio. Inspired by Artemisia Gentileschi’s celebrated work “Self-Portrait as a Lute Player” (c. 1615–1617)—originally painted for the Medici family in Florence and now preserved in the Wadsworth Atheneum Museum of Art—our skilled painters carefully recreate the expressive lighting, rich blue and gold garments, and delicate posture that showcase Gentileschi’s extraordinary mastery.
